Kāpiti Coast Museum is a community based, volunteer-run organisation and we rely on the generosity of others to enable us to continue with the work we do. We are grateful to all our sponsors for their support whether financial or the time and advice provided by trades people and knowledgeable experts. Sponsorship and monetary donations can make a real difference to the scope of our work.

Remembering the Kāpiti Coast Museum by leaving a gift in your Will is a generous and appreciated way to contribute to the future of our Museum. Contact the Museum to discuss making a bequest in strictest confidence.
Donate to the Museum’s Collection
Please contact the museum if you are interested in donating suitable items to our collection. We are especially interested in items that align with our focus on the social history of the Kāpiti Coast district. If you are unsure if we will be interested, please talk to us first using our contact form or visit in person during opening hours. Note that acceptance of any item for addition to our collection is subject to review to ensure it is aligned with our Collection Policy. Accepted items when put on display will always have acknowledgement of the original donor.
